PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a 3D graphene structure is provided to prevent a phenomenon that the graphene is coagulated or re-laminated, and to have a specific surface area, pore size, and volume per unit weight suitable for the wanted field. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a 3D graphene structure comprises the steps of: manufacturing a dispersed solution in which graphite oxide is dispersed; and manufacturing a gel by controlling the degree of deoxiation of the dispersed solution. In the step of manufacturing the gel, the average specific surface area of the graphene structure satisfies the equation 1 below. [Equation 1]: [BET] = a_1 x P + b_1.
