<p>An intercooler for a vehicle is provided to improve the durability of the intercooler by preventing the concentration of stress even when internal pressure is applied to a coupling part of a main body of a tank and a folded portion of a header. An intercooler tank serving as a cooler has a body part mounted with fins and tubes in parallel inside, and upper and lower parts for closing the body part and mounted with inlet and outlet pipes. Headers(170) are mounted to the upper and lower parts of the tank for surrounding coupling parts(131) which is extended outward from the body part. Pressure reducing units(200) are mounted to inner surfaces of the headers which are welded with the coupling parts.</p> |
