PURPOSE: An electrode stamping device is provided to satisfy requirements of a high speed stamping operation since difficulty in overcoming an inertial force caused by reciprocally transferring a stamping mold part backward and forward. CONSTITUTION: An electrode stamping device comprises a stamping mold unit (20) that is disposed in a transfer direction of a reel electrode and includes upper and lower stamping molds (22, 24) that face each other on an upper surface and a lower surface of the reel electrode; a lifting unit (30) that lifts at least the upper stamping mold selected from the upper and lower stamping molds that are disposed to face each other on the upper surface and the lower surface of the reel electrode from an upper location of the reel electrode; and a stamping cutter unit that blanks the upper stamping mold to form an electrode tab on the real electrode when the upper stamping mold is lowered to the reel electrode by the lifting unit.
