HIGH DURABLE CONCRETE CONTAINING HIGH VOLUME SLAG

PURPOSE: A high durable concrete containing high volume blast furnace slag is provided to secure fluidity and high durability by adding an alkali activator of a specific composition to a binder while increasing the usage of blast furnace slag to 90% of the binder. CONSTITUTION: A high durable high-volume blast furnace slag uses 50-90 weight% of blast furnace powder slag, 9.9-47 weight% of normal portland cement, and 0.1-3 weight% of an alkali activator. The unit binder weight during mixing concrete is 250-800kg/m^3, and the unit water is140-400kg/m^3. The alkali activator comprises: calcium peri aluminate(4CaO·3(Al2O3, Fe2O3)·SO3) powder; sodium calcium sulfate(Na2Ca(SO4)2) powder; and pulverized calcium sulfate-silica sol powder. The pulverized calcium sulfate-silica sol powder is manufactured by adding silica sol to CaSO4 and pulverizing the mixture.
