发明名称 METHOD OF SAFETY CONTROL FOR OIL PUMP CONTROLLER
摘要 PURPOSE: A safety control method of an oil pump controller is provided to protect passengers and operators form the risk of electric shock by blocking output of battery in case of a motor vehicle crash or detection of a connector task for maintenance work. CONSTITUTION: A safety control method of an oil pump controller comprises a step of determining whether a vehicle collision signal is provided to an oil pump controller from an airbag module according to the development of airbag in on-state of ignition; a step of determining whether a removal of cable connector connected to high voltage of battery is generated; a step of offing power relay with control of BMS by demanding block of power relay to BMS when an oil pump controller detects removal of cable connector connected to battery; and a step of self-discharging residual voltage by operating the oil pump for a constant set-up time after offing of power relay. The oil pump controller determines whether removal of connector is for maintenance work by determining position of shift gear and car speed when a removal of cable connector is connected to high voltage of battery in holding state of ignition on, off power relay with control of BMS by demanding block of power relay to BMS when removal of connector is for maintenance work, and self-discharging residual voltage by operating oil pump for a constant preset time after off of power relay. The oil pump controller detects removal of cable connector connected to high voltage of battery to current sensing.
