<p>It is an object of the present invention to provide a solar cell module excellent in reliability that can prevent yield decrease in the manufacture of a solar cell module, and, in addition, sufficiently maintain the characteristics of the solar battery even after a temperature cycle test. The present invention provides a solar cell module comprising a connection structure in which a plurality of solar cells each having electrodes on both surfaces are electrically connected to each other by a wiring member, wherein the connection structure includes a metal portion prepared by melting of a metal having a melting temperature of 200°C or less, electrically connecting the electrode to the wiring member, and a resin portion adhering the electrode to the wiring member.</p> |
