PURPOSE: A floating dock monitoring system is provided to precisely monitor the movement of a floating dock in real time by using IGPS technology. CONSTITUTION: An IGPS transmitter (200) is arranged on one side of an inner wall where a floating dock is moored and transmits an optical signal. An IGPS receiver (400) is arranged on the floating dock and receives the optical signal transmitted from the IGPS transmitter. A data processor (600) calculates a 3D coordinate value of the IGPS receiver from the received optical signal. The data processor generates one reference plane by using the 3D coordinate value of the IGPS receiver. The movement of the floating dock is checked by monitoring the movement of the reference plane.
