PURPOSE: A method for assigning uplink power in a multiple timing advanced (TA) environment and a device thereof are provided to assign the transmission power of an uplink standard signal and multiple uplink physical channels when the multiple uplink physical channels and the uplink standard signal are transmitted simultaneously. CONSTITUTION: A power calculation part (1320) calculates the physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) transmission power of subframe m, subframe k and subframe (k+1) using the request power of PUSCH of first and second halves of the subframe m of a first component carrier. A transmitting and receiving part (1330) sets the PUSCH transmission power of the subframe m according to the calculated power. The transmitting and receiving part performs uplink transmission to a base station through the subframe m.
