PURPOSE: A composition for air purification and a preparation method thereof are provided to enhance human immunity and to improve a respiratory function. CONSTITUTION: A composition for air purification comprises charcoal prepared by carbonizing timber and solid propolis adsorbed to the surface of the charcoal. The propolis is prepared by crushing adsorbed charcoal. The composition for air purification includes a gel composition comprised of a gelling agent, water, a surfactant, and salt and is dispersed within the gel composition by being mixed with charcoal powder.
