HEATING APPARATUS USING HEAT TRANSFER MADIUM IN A SUCCESSIVE TREATMENT APPARATUS FOR PRODUCING SOLID-LIQUID SLURRY FROM ORGANIC SLUDGE THROUGH THERMAL HYDROLYSIS

PURPOSE: A heating apparatus using thermal oil is provided to control the temperature of a reactor by using a fixed temperature of thermal oil. CONSTITUTION: A heating apparatus using thermal oil comprises: a heat hydrolyzed reactor (100) which is warmed at a heat hydrolyzed reaction temperature by continuously supplied organic sludge; a thermal oil heating means (200) warming the thermal oil up to a driving temperature; a thermal oil circulation pump (201) circulating the warmed thermal oil to the heat hydrolyzed reactor; and a thermal oil tube type heater having a form of double pipes, equipped inside of the heat hydrolyzed reactor to warm up the supplied organic sludge. The thermal efficiency is increased by minimizing the heat loss and keeping the temperature stably by using the high heat capacity of the thermal oil.
