PURPOSE: An electrolyte free type electrolytic sterilized antiseptic solution generation apparatus is provided to allow raw water to pass through an electrode combined body and an electrode support area in a body or to move through the peripheral portion, thereby facilitating the movement of raw material and maximizing the contact area of an electrode and raw material. CONSTITUTION: An electrolyte free type electrolytic sterilized antiseptic solution generation apparatus includes: a body (100) that has a raw water inlet (110) into which raw water is induced and an ozone water outlet (130) from which ozone water is discharged; an electrode combined body (200) which is provided in the body and has an positive electrode (210), a negative electrode (220), and a solid polymer electrolyte film; electrode supports (300, 400) which are provided tin the body and support both sides of the electrode combined body; and a clearance adjusting means (600) which is provided in the body, is prepared in the electrode combined body, and corrects the electrode gap by applying pressure to the positive and negative electrodes.
