PURPOSE: An ultrasonic inspection device for a welding growth portion of a valve spindle is provided to automatically inspect incomplete penetration on a boundary portion of the welding growth portion and a base material and the existence of the generation of pores, thereby improving the reliability of the inspection result. CONSTITUTION: An ultrasonic inspection device for a welding growth portion of a valve spindle (700) includes a table (100), a case (200), a rotating jig (210), a rotary motor, a fixing jig, a column member (300), a rotary member (400), and an ultrasonic probe (500). The case is fixed on the top surface of the table and stores the ultrasonic examination liquid inside. The rotating jig is installed inside the case to be rotatable, and a head portion of the valve spindle in which the welding growth portion is formed is placed on the top surface of the rotary jig. The rotary motor is installed on the lower part of the table and rotates the rotating jig. The fixing jig, which is installed on the upper part of the rotary jig to the all directions, fixes the head portion of the valve spindle or releases the fixed head portion of the valve spindle. The column member is fixed on the top surface of the table adjacent to the case. One end portion of the rotary member is joined to the upper part of the column member, and the other end portion of the rotary member is extended to the upper part of the case. The ultrasonic probe is installed to be moved back and forth along the longitudinal direction of the rotary member. The ultrasonic probe inspects whether defects of the welding growth portion of the valve spindle exist or not by irradiating ultrasonic waves to the welding growth portion of the valve spindle according to the movement of the rotary member. |
