POLYESTER BASE FILM FOR RELEASE FILM AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A polyester substrate film for a release film is provided to improve attachment and scratch resistance by controlling surface illuminance by a surface design using alumina-coated spherical silica particles. CONSTITUTION: A polyester substrate film comprises a silica spheres coated with an alumina the average particle diameter of which is 0.2-0.5 micron and a polyester resin. A manufacturing method of the polyester substrate film includes a step of preparing slurry by dispersing the alumina-coated spherical silica particles into an organic solvent; a step of mixing the slurry and a polyester resin and melt-extruding the mixture to form a sheet shape; and a step of monoaxially or biaxially elongating the sheet to obtain a final film.
