PURPOSE: A continuous automatic manufacturing apparatus of sand mold is provided to establish an active and organic interlocking system, thereby increasing the productivity and forming quality. CONSTITUTION: A continuous automatic manufacturing apparatus of sand mold is comprised as follows. The respective upper flask (100) and the lower flask (200) capable of elevating up and down at regular intervals, in which molding sand accommodating groove is penetrated, are installed in the upper and lower sides of guide tie rod which is perpendicularly stood. A fixing plate is arranged between the upper and lower flasks in order to form a cavity inside the mold while entering and retreating. A casting mold fixing unit (300), in which the casting mold is protruded, is installed in the upper and lower side of the fixing plate. An upper pressurizing block (400) pressurizing the molding sand accommodated in the upper flask is arranged in the top of the upper flask. A palette supporting the bottom of the lower flask is installed in the bottom of the lower flask. A lower pressurizing block elevating the palette up and down or applying pressure into the lower flask is arranged in the bottom of the palette. |
