PURPOSE: A backlight unit is provided to prevent discoloration of a light emitting diode (LED) lamp by obliquely forming a hole formed in a reflection plate. CONSTITUTION: A printed circuit board (PCB) (61) is attached to an upper part of an inner side of a cover bottom. A plurality of LED lamps (62) are mounted in one direction on the top of the PCB. A reflection plate (63) prepares a plurality of holes (66) having their side cross section is oblique to expose a light emitting unit of the LED lamps on the top of the PCB. The each LED lamp is divided by a body unit and a light emitting unit. The reflection plate is inserted in the interface between the body unit and light emitting unit. The width of the hole of the reflection plate is obliquely formed to be widened as it goes to the upper part. |
