The invention relates to an arrangement and kit for a combustion engine, such as a combustion engine with direct injection. The engine has at least one high-pressure fuel pump connectable to the internal combustion engine for the direct injection of fuel. The kit and arrangement comprises at least a first fuel storage for a liquefied vapor fuel. The arrangement comprises a second fuel storage for liquid fuel such as gasoline. The fuel storages are connected by lines to an inlet of the high-pressure fuel pump for supplying fuel to said high-pressure fuel pump. According to the invention, when switching from liquefied vapor fuel supply to liquid fuel a sub-circuit is formed comprising a return line and liquid fuel line connected to the high- pressure pump, and an auxiliary liquid fuel pump supplies liquid fuel to that sub-circuit.
