PURPOSE: A fermented brown rice noodle is provided to contain an extract or a powder selected among green tea, arrowroot, and tomato. CONSTITUTION: A fermented brown rice noodle comprises: 100 wt% of fermented brown rice powder, 10-20 wt% of rice powder, 10-20 wt% of alpha rice powder, 30-40 wt% of water, and 0.5-1.0 wt% of refined salt. The fermented brown rice noodle additionally comprises an ingredient selected among green tea, arrowroot, and tomato. |
