A polycarbonate resin composition for a flame retardant film includes 100 parts by weight of a polycarbonate resin, about 0.01 to about 10 parts by weight of a silicon compound, about 0.01 to about 1.5 parts by weight of an organic sulfonic acid metal salt having an average particle diameter of about 100 to about 400 mum, and about 0.01 to about 1 part by weight of a polyfluoroethylene resin.
