PURPOSE: A refrigerator is provided to simplify the structure thereof by supporting a storage container between a main body and a door and to reduce cold air loss and power consumption. CONSTITUTION: A refrigerator comprises a main body (10) having a storage chamber, a door (30), a storage container (100), and a connection support device. The door is formed on the hinge parts of the main body and opens and closes the storage chamber. The storage container is installed on the door or the main body. The connection support device is formed on the top of the storage container and is selectively meshed with the fixture formed on the inner surface of the door to support the storage container to the door. The locked state of the connection support device is released only when the storage container is installed on the main body.
