The method involves displaying a part of items of an item list and enabling continuous scrolling of a graphic feature on the displayed item using a browsing control. A maximum speed of scrolling of the graphic feature is determined based on the total number of items of the list. The speed of scrolling of the graphical feature is advanced to a predetermined value until the desired scrolling speed is obtained, as long as the browsing control is active. An independent claim is also included for a display device including a unit for introducing a browsing control and a display unit. |
