PURPOSE: A virtual golf simulation method for determining rank of users and a system thereof are provided to increase fun of a virtual golf game by determining the rank of golfers precisely in a screen gold game. CONSTITUTION: A simulation result value is generated according to the swing result of a user and system environmental variables(S510). A record value for each of a plurality of evaluation items is extracted from the simulation result value(S520). Rank of the user is determined on the basis of the record value for each evaluation item(S530). The record value is corrected according to the system environment variable.
