PURPOSE: A pseudomonas aeruginosa strain developed for improving fatty acid content and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to enhance genetic stability and increase content of lipid or fatty acid, thereby being effectively used for mass producing fatty acids. CONSTITUTION: A pseudomonas aeruginosa strain developed for improving fatty acid content is transformed into an expression vector which includes nucleotide which codes acyl-acyl carrier protein thioesterase derived from Streptococcus pyogenes. The Pseudomonas aeruginosa for fatty acid overexpression is transformed into an expression vector including nucleotides which code acyl carrier protein thioesterase of Streptococcus pyogenes and nucleotides which coat acetyl-CoA carboxylase carboxytransferase subunit alpha. The expression vector is Escherichia coli - Pseudomonas shuttle vector pUCP19. The nucleotide which codes the acyl - acyl carrier protein thioesterase has a base sequence described in the sequence number 6(SEQ ID NO:6). The nucleotide which codes the acetyl-CoA carboxylase carboxyl transferase subunit alpha has base sequence described in the sequence number 2. |
