AUTOMATIC WELDING EQUIPMENT FOR BOOM

PURPOSE: An automatic boom welding device is provided to manufacture a completed boom by automatically welding each temporarily welded edge portion of the boom, thereby improving productivity. CONSTITUTION: An automatic boom welding device includes a base (1), a back-and-forth carriage (2), a lateral pushing stand (3), a boom support unit (4), and a boom welding unit (5). The base includes guide rails on both longitudinal sides and a transfer rail on the center. The back-and-forth carriage moves back and forth on the guide rail and includes a transversal rail unit on the top, a back-and-forth transferring unit (22) with wheels moved on the transfer rail on the rear side. The boom welding unit linearly welds the both upper lateral edge portions of the temporarily welded boom which is arranged on the middle of the base and moved to the rear side.
