PURPOSE: A low noise type wall panel installation structure for a prefabricated bathroom is provided to prevent noise transmission through spaces and gaps by inserting packing and caulking materials into between the tiles of wall panels and edge connecting fixtures. CONSTITUTION: A low noise type wall panel installation structure for a prefabricated bathroom comprises a packing (40) and a caulking material (50). The packing is inserted into a space between the tile (5) of adjacent wall panels (P) and an edge connecting fixture (3) to be attached with the tile and the edge connecting fixture by the circumferential surface. The caulking material is caulked into a gap between the tiles of adjacent wall panels.
