A polyimide resin and a polyimide film are provided to ensure excellent mechanical property and thermal stability by using a copolymer of 2,2-bis(3,4-dicarboxyphenyl)hexafluoropropanedianhydride, 1,3-bis(3-aminophenoxy)benzene and 2,2-bis[4-(4-aminophenoxy)phenyl]hexafluoropropane. A polyimide resin comprises the repeating units of the following chemical formula 1a and 1b and has the specific viscosity of 0.6~0.8 dl/g. A polyamic acid solution is obtained by reacting a di-anhydride compound indicated as the following chemical formula 2 and a diamine compound indicated as the chemical formula 3 in the organic solvent. The polyimide film is obtained by casting the polyamic acid solution on the glass plate and heat-treating the glass plate. The polyimide film has the L-value of the color coordinate of 85 or more and the b value of 15 or less. |
