METHOD OF MANUFACTURING SYNTHETIC LEATHER WITH EXCELLENT ANTI-DYE MIGRATION AND FLEXIBILITY

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of synthetic leather is provided to have excellent migration preventing ability as well as flexibility (bending ability). CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of synthetic leather comprises the following steps. (i) A primary base material is prepared by forming a polyvinyl alcohol resin layer on one surface of polyester textile. (ii) A secondary base material is prepared by impregnating a polyurethane resin containing a pigment to the primary base material. (iii) A tertiary base material is prepared by eluting the polyvinyl alcohol resin layer while condensing the polyurethane resin impregnated in the secondary base material by immersing the secondary base material in water. And (iv) the method includes a printing process that coats a binder solution including a pigment and an adhesive on one surface of the tertiary base material.
