PURPOSE: A recycled aggregate exfoliation apparatus unified with a screen is provided to efficiently form recycled aggregate production equipment for concrete and reduce a production cost of the recycled aggregate by reducing facilities, running cost and demand of space. CONSTITUTION: An exfoliation apparatus (200) and a selecting apparatus (300) are equipped in the same frame so that aggregate exfoliation, dust separation and selection are conducted in a single apparatus. In the exfoliation apparatus, one side forms an aggregate putting hole (211) by being opened, and the other side is equipped with a blocking plate (212) and multiple aggregate vents (213) formed inside the other side. In the inner side of the exfoliation apparatus, a cylindrical drum (210) in which waveform protrusions (214) are formed at a constant intervals is supported by a frame (100) in a downward slope facing an aggregate outlet from an aggregate putting hole and rotatably installed by a driving apparatus (230). In the selecting apparatus, a dust evacuation chute (330) and an aggregate evacuation chute (340) are installed respectively at a lower part of a dust separating screen (311) and an aggregate sorting screen (312). An oversize evacuation chute (350) ejecting oversize aggregate filtered by a screen is installed at a rear side of a drum screen. |
