PURPOSE: A scanning system of a shelf is provided to automatically move a front surface of the shelf by vertically arranging an antenna. CONSTITUTION: A scanner body (22) includes antennas (24a-24d) according to a storage unit of layers by including a fixed length according to a vertical direction for a shelf. A horizontal driving device (32) is attached to the scanner body and horizontally moves the scanner body. Sensor devices (28, 30) sense a distance between the scanner body and the self. A reader reads the information of a wireless recognition unit received from the antennas. The scanner body controls the horizontal direction operation of the horizontal driving device based on a signal sensed by the sensor device. |
