PURPOSE: A battery pack is provided to simplify the coupling structure between a cell PCB module and a battery management system (BMS) PCB module, thereby reducing a fraction rate and to reduce internal resistance. CONSTITUTION: A battery pack comprises a battery pack module (10) in which a plurality of battery cells (2) are laminated; a cell PCB module (20) which is coupled to the battery pack module; a BMS PCB module (30) which is coupled to the cell PCB module; and a power supply buffering part (40) between a load and the terminal part of the BMS PCB module. The power supply buffering part includes a resistance and a condenser.
