PURPOSE: A pre-warming guide system for a front sight inferior field point is provided to prevent accidents by warning a driver of collision risks and bad driving conditions due to a bad sight. CONSTITUTION: A pre-warming guide system for a front sight inferior field point is embedded with a loop coil sensor (20) on the front road around a display panel (10); generates a minute inductance when a vehicle passes by the coil sensor to input a resistance value to a loop detector (30); measures the speed of the vehicle using an inductance variation to be sent to a local controller (40) to compute the information inputted; determines risks and displays warnings or attention messages on the display panel to recognize a driver of the risks; and transmits information to a traffic control center using a modem (41) as a communications device.
