PURPOSE: A floating marina club design method and a recording medium containing the design program are provided to design a space suitable for Korean style marina facilities and to effectively utilize spaces. CONSTITUTION: A floating marina club design method comprises the following steps: obtaining a marina area for exclusive use; obtaining a commercial facility area, a public space area, and a management space area on the basis of the marina area for exclusive use and obtaining a gross area; dividing the gross area into the floor numbers of a building and obtaining the floor area of the first floor; and obtaining a deck area on the basis of the first floor area and obtaining a pontoon area which is the sum of the first floor area and the deck area. [Reference numerals] (AA) Obtain a marina area (mFA) for exclusive use; (BB) Obtain a commercial facility area (cFA), a public space area (pFA), and a management space area (emFA) by applying a space area ratio; (CC) Add up the marina area for exclusive use (mFA), the commercial facility area (cFA), the public space area (pFA), and the management space area (emFA) to obtain a gross area (TFA); (DD) Divide the gross area (TFA) into the floor numbers of a building to obtain the floor area of the first floor (1FA); (EE) Obtain a deck area (DA) on the basis of the first floor area (1FA); (FF) Obtain the marina area for exclusive use (mFA) and a pontoon area (PA) which is the sum of the first floor area (1FA) and the deck area (DA)
