PURPOSE: A light emitting structure using a laser diode and a backlight apparatus including the same are provided to reduce manufacturing cost, by removing a light guide plate or a diffusion plate and reducing the number of diodes emitting a light. CONSTITUTION: A light emitting structure(100) includes a substrate(110) on a board, at least a pair of mirrors(120), a UV LD(130) and a plurality of light emitting bodies(140). The pair of mirrors are arranged to face with each other on both sides of the substrate. The UV LD is arranged on the side of the mirror in one side, and irradiates a laser beam to have a horizontal incident angle toward the mirror on the other side. The plurality of light emitting bodies has a resin mixed with RGB phosphors formed along the path of the laser beam on the substrate. |
