PURPOSE: An injection compressing mold with tapered internal side surfaces is provided to prevent the galling of a mold in the injection compressing molding and to reduce the abrasion between contact surfaces of a mold by implementing a scraping motion instead of a sliding motion. CONSTITUTION: An injection compressing mold with tapered internal side surfaces comprises a fixed mold(10) with an upper plate and a movable mold(20) with a lower plate(22). A protruded portion or a recessed portion is formed in the top plate. A recessed portion or a protruded portion corresponding to the protruded portion or the recessed portion of the top plate is formed in the lower plate. If the fixed mold and the movable mold are closely attached, a cavity, in which a product is formed, is formed between the protruded portion or the recessed portion of the top plate and the protruded portion or the recessed portion of the lower plate. When the movable mold is moved back at a predetermined distance, a gap is formed between the side surface of the protruded portion and the side surface of the recessed portion because the side surfaces of the protruded portion and the recessed portion contacting each other are inclined. |
