PURPOSE: A parallel implanting device for an implant and a parallel implanting method are provided to maintain mutual stable connection state between implants. CONSTITUTION: A parallel implanting device for an implant comprises a horizontal support(10) for adjusting the horizontality of transplanted implants, an implant connector which is combined with the horizontal support and connecting the transplanted implants, and a joint rod(20) which is formed with a joint unit.
