PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a three-layered mattress is provided to maintain the original form of cotton in the mattress after long-term use and make the production easy and simple by sewing the mattress after stretching tightly the multiple layers with clamps. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a three-layered mattress comprises: a formwork preparation step (S100) where a formwork with multiple cheliform clamps attached at regular intervals is placed on a table; a layering step (S200) where a covering fabric, cotton in a web form, a cushion element, cotton in a web form, and a covering fabric are layered on the top of the prepared formwork in order; a fixing step (S300) where the edge of the layers on the top of the formwork is fixed with the clamps; a formwork transfer step (S400) where the formwork is transferred to a sewing machine for the middle part of the layers to be sewed; a connecting step (S500) where the middle part of the fixed layers transferred to the sewing machine is sewed and the layers are connected; a separation step (S600) where the connected layers with the middle part sewed are separated from the formwork; and a finishing step (S700) where the edge of the layers is sewed and finished with the cushion element in the middle, both the covering fabric, and both the cotton layers in a web form combined.
