PURPOSE: Urinary incontinence underwear is provided to offer excellent wearing feeling of the underwear to users, and to hygienically process secretion. CONSTITUTION: A second absorbing layer (10) is formed of triple layers of fabric including a microfiber material mixed with a cotton fabric, and covers the perineal region and the buttocks of a user. A first absorbing pad (20) is formed of double layers of fabric in which the upper side (22) contacting the perineal region is formed of an organic fabric (25) and the lower side (23) is formed of a Korean paper (21). The absorbing power of the first absorbing pad and a separable absorption pad is 10-30 cc. |
