PURPOSE: A cuttlefish cutting device is provided to cut the head of the cuttlefish into desired shape of consumers at high productivity. CONSTITUTION: A cuttlefish cutting device comprises a first transfer method(10), a first cutting tool(20), a second delivery device(30), a position transformation tool(40), and a second cutting tool(50). The first transfer method transfers a head-leg part in which a body part is removed from the cuttlefish in vertical direction. The first cutting tool cuts the head-leg part into many pieces. The second transfer tool transfers the head-leg part in which a body part is removed from the cuttlefish in vertical direction. The position transformation tool transfers the head by vertically changing the position. The second cutting tool cuts the head into many pieces. |
