The device has two attachments (11, 12) and a junction (13) connecting an end of one attachment to an end of the other attachment. The former attachment cooperates with an anchoring unit that anchors the former attachment on a wall of a support structure. The latter attachment cooperates with a fixation unit that fixes a wall of a joinery work on the latter attachment. The former attachment comprises a slot that is oriented along a longitudinal axis of the former attachment and opened at a free end of the former attachment. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a system for anchoring joinery works on a support structure (2) a method for assembling a system for anchoring joinery works on a support structure.
