PURPOSE: A device to dehydrate food waste is provided to improve the efficiency to dehydrate the food waste by removing the food waste with a perforating member and expanding a dehydrating area with an auxiliary water hole in a push plate. CONSTITUTION: A device to dehydrate food waste comprises a dehydration bath (10), a push plate (20), a hopper (30), and a perforating member (21). The perforating member is formed on the push plate, is transferred along an inner circumferential surface of the dehydration bath, and perforates a water hole (11). A plurality of protrusions is formed in an outer circumferential surface of the perforating member. The perforating member is rotatably connected to a plurality of parts along a longitudinal section of the dehydration bath to contact with the water hole. |
