PURPOSE: Complex training equipment is provided to conveniently and safely conduct complex exercise (strengthening of muscles of arm, abdominal muscle, waist, leg) with one sporting goods. CONSTITUTION: Complex training equipment (10) comprises a guide rail (100), a rotary motion unit which combined to the guide rail to vary the gradient of the guide rail, and a movable unit which determines the motion load and motion part with the gradient of the guide rail as attached to the guide rail by slide moving with muscular strength with supporting one portion of the body. The guiderail has a pair of bar in a vertical direction. The first cushion (111) is coupled to both sides of the first support bar (110) in a horizontal direction on the top portion of the guide rail and the first support bar is coupled in a horizontal direction on the lower portion of the guide rail. The guide rail comprises the first buffet member (101) which coupled on the front bottom side of the side rail and supports the bottom side of the moving unit. |
