The device has a welded metal structure fixed on a ground, a foot or a vertical central mast (1) to automatically provide solar tracking movement on two axles e.g. east-west axles (2). A supporting cradle (3) forms an up-down axis independent of solar panels, which are fixed on posts (4). The foot or the central mast comprises a metal plate, which is pinned and bolted on the ground. Square-shaped steel vertical tubes of the supporting cradle are welded on the metal plate to raise and rigidify the device.
