The clip (220) has two branches (221, 222) including respective external faces and internal faces, where the internal faces form jaws (2221, 2211) at a longitudinal end of the branches. A torsion spring (230) provides an elastic pivotal connection about an axis (231) perpendicular to the longitudinal direction, for separation of the jaws at another longitudinal end of the branches. An elastic pinching element e.g. folded blade (200), is fixed at one of the branches for forming a clamp (201) between an elastic portion of the element and the external face (2213) of the branch. An independent claim is also included for a device for transforming a clothes clip.
