The structure (101) has a flexible and porous web (103) attached to a lower part of a bonnet (102) in a stretched state so as to create an air space (104) between the web and the bonnet. Plastic fixing units (106) are integrated with the bonnet and placed opposite to a snap ring-shaped pad (105). Each fixing unit includes a fixing part (107) equipped with a housing (108) that is opened toward an interior of the web, where the housing retains the pad in a tightening contact manner. Width of the housing opening is smaller than that of a section of the pad so as to hold the pad in the housing.
