A cast mold for casting poly silicon ingot, a manufacturing method thereof and a manufacturing method of casting poly silicon ingot are provided. In the cast mold for casting poly silicon ingot made of silicon dioxide as main material, a slurry comprising silicon nitride is applied on a surface of a cast mold body which touch melted poly silicon and then forms a coating layer having 20% to 30% of porosity and less than 0.5 mm of thickness through sintering.
