PURPOSE: A biodegradable polyester composite fiber is provided to improve spinning and elongating properties by using an aliphatic acid and an aromatic acid. CONSTITUTION: A biodegradable polyester composite fiber is a polyester which is manufactured by mixing an acid component which includes a carboxlic acid group-containing aliphatic acid and a phenylene group-containing aromatic acid, a sulfonic acid metal salt, and a C2-14 diol component. The core part is mixed of 10-20 mol% of an aliphatic acid, 80-90 mol% of an aromatic acid, and 0.5-1.5 mol% of a sulfonic metal acid. The mixing ratio of the material including the acid component and sulfonic acid metal salt and the diol component is 1:0:1.0-1.4. A cis part is mixed of 10-20 mol% of an aliphatic acid, 40-60 mol% of an isophthalic acid, and 0.5-1.5 mol% of a sulfonic acid metal salt.
