<p>The sensor ( 4 ) of the graphic codes ( 2 ) controlled via software in computer ( 5 ) is handling over the table in front of press or on the workbench ( 3 ). Tools ( 1 ) shall be imposed on the entire surface of the skin or substance. Several different parts are punched at once under mechanical press. At the moment when all the tools ( 1 ) are lying on workbench with skin or substance under the sensor ( 4 ) , the operator activates the software controlling the sensor ( 4 ) and records graphic codes ( 2 ) . Cutting process continues so that the press pushes tools ( 1 ) and from skin or from substance are cut shapes according to the tool (1 ).Parallel to the cutting process software identifies graphical codes ( 2 ) of the tools (1 ) and process it . Tool ( 1 ) - the punch comprises a blade ( 10 ) , which is made on the underside edge. The blade ( 10) having a desired shape and is reinforced with stiffeners ( 11 ) , wherein the part of tool is the graphic code ( 2 ) . This graphic code ( 2 ) may be set to stiffener ( 11 ) or the blade ( 10 ) .</p> |
