PURPOSE: An image detector is provided to remove noise caused by imperfect penetration and to reduce the degradation of resolution caused by glare by patterning scintillators and coating the same with reflective substances. CONSTITUTION: An image detector utilizes a differential phase image technology using an analysis grid(100). The analysis grid includes a substrate(120). Scintillators(110) converting invisible rays into visible rays are periodically arranged inside or outside of the substrate. |
