The method involves aligning a batch (22) of objects (35, 42) along a strand such that contact surfaces (34a, 34b) of the objects contact in pairs. The batch of the objects is positively connected using an adhesive (41). An intermediate element (27) is connected with the objects through the contact surfaces of the objects by the adhesive, where the intermediate element is located between the two objects in the batch and designed as an inextensible bond. The inextensible bond is stuck on the contact surfaces of the objects using the adhesive. An independent claim is also included for a device for formation of a batch of objects.
