PURPOSE: A carbon quartz tube heater is provided to reduce the resistance by mounting a connection terminal and a lead line inside the quartz tube. CONSTITUTION: A carbon fiber (20) is mounted on a support stand. The support stand is formed inside a vacuum glass pipe. Connection terminals (30,31) are mounted on both ends of the carbon fiber. Lead wires (40,41) are connected to the connection terminals. The lead wires supply the external power source. |
