PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder filling apparatus mounted with a sieving apparatus by restraining enlargement in view of a problem of enlarging the apparatus in the case of mounting the powder filling apparatus for filling a predetermined container with powder, with the sieving apparatus having a cylindrical sieve because the sieving apparatus having the cylindrical sieve requires a large space for collecting powder that has passed the sieve due to having a mechanism for delivering powder from an inside region of the cylindrical sieve to an outside region.SOLUTION: A powder filling apparatus 100 includes a blade 131 rotated around a rotating shaft that intersects a filter 122, in proximity to the filter 122. The moving direction of powder that passes through the filter 122 is thereby restricted to the rotating shaft direction of the blade 131, and consequently there is no need to secure a large space for collecting powder that has passed through the filter 122. The powder filling apparatus 100 has an effect of restraining the enlargement of the apparatus by using the blade 131.
